We’re getting ready for the flight tests!

The partners of the SENS4ICE project gathered on 29-30 June 2022 in an online meeting to talk progress and preparations for the flight test campaign.
The CINEA project officer for SENS4ICE Hugues Felix as well as several members of the project’s Advisory Board also joined the first day of the meeting.
The preparations are well on track and the flight tests in natural icing conditions are scheduled in the first months of 2023 in North America and in Europe. Meanwhile, the direct, indirect and hybrid ice detection technologies are being wrapped up and getting ready for the installation on the test platforms.
