The SENS4ICE project was represented by Ian Roberts (Aerotex UK LLP) and Christoph Deiler (German Aerospace Center, DLR). Talking about the recent achievements and developments of SENS4ICE both speakers described potential ways to further exploit the project results to different application like smaller size UAV. There was a high interest from the international audience in Trondheim and virtual stream on the Aerotex AIP system and DLR's indirect ice detection system (IIDS) approach to face the challenge of aircraft icing.
