The SENS4ICE consortium gathered for the 1st Review Meeting on the 17th of June 2020.
DLR has released a dedicated article on the SENS4ICE project in which the Project Coordinator Carsten Schwarz explains the challenges and risks linked to icing conditions on aircraft, in particular the Supercooled Large Droplets (SLDs).
The SENS4ICE partners gathered on the 4th - 6th of February 2020 in Brussels to participate in the project progress meeting.
The Braunschweig Icing Wind Tunnel is in the process of upgrading its capabilities for App. O/ SLD (supercooled large droplet) icing conditions.

On the occasion of a MUSIC-haic project meeting at the Technical University of Braunschweig, the MUSIC-haic group was invited to visit the Braunschweig site of the SENS4ICE coordinator DLR.
The SENS4ICE partners gathered on 16-17 January 2019 in Brussels to participate in the kick-off meeting of the project. Some members of the SENS4ICE Advisory Board attended the first day of the meeting.
