The International Conference on Icing of Aircraft, Engines and Structures took place on 17-21 June 2019 in Minneapolis, MN, USA.

On Tuesday 18 June 2019, the coordinator of SENS4ICE Carsten Schwarz gave an oral presentation entitled “The SENS4ICE EU Project - SENSors and Certifiable Hybrid Architectures for Safer Aviation in Icing Environment”.

The SAE International Conference on Icing of Aircraft, Engines, and Structures is held every four years and gathers aerospace experts and professionals in in-flight aircraft and engine icing, ice prevention, and ground deicing.
